Passionné par les Arts Martiaux qu'il pratique depuis l'enfance, Daniel You peint le corps et l'esprit en mouvement.
Naked bodies possessed by torment and ecstasy, imprinted with mythological and mystical references, composing a powerful, sensual and carnal work.
After his beginnings in advertising, then in events, he was discovered in 1989 by the designer Pierre Cardin who took him under his wing and allowed him to exhibit in many countries: China, Vietnam, United States, Switzerland, Belgium...
French-Vietnamese painter, sculptor, illustrator and designer, Daniel goes in search of his origins and travels for 15 years, notably in Asia. The chameleon artist has also designed collections of furniture produced in limited series, produced advertising clips, co-wrote a musical whose decor he designed, created one of the 6 flags of tolerance for UNESCO and kept several roles in cinema, including that of Henry in Othello Khanh's film Saigon Eclipse in 2007.
